Papa Murphy's - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the assigned shift to ensure proper guest service and product quality.;
Ensure cash handling and security are maintained and accurate; manage shift paperwork using the POS system.;
Maintain store readiness with proper sanitation, stocking, and pre-rush checklists.;
Train and develop team members on the assigned shift as directed by supervisor.;
Communicate shift problems and scheduling issues to immediate supervisor for resolution.
