Sappi North America is seeking a Paper Business Supervisor at the Cloquet mill. You will oversee safe, efficient production, coach teams, and drive continuous improvements on a 12-hour shift schedule including holidays and weekends.
You will lead safety initiatives, monitor budget targets, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues while ensuring adherence to Quality Management and labor agreements.
