RN Visit Nurse

Location: Cloquet, MN (In-Home Client Care)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Regency Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team for a private home case in Cloquet, MN. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, small-team environment with flexible scheduling options. As an RN in this role, you’ll provide one-on-one care to clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own home.

• Deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to clients in a private home setting
• Advocate for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients
• Conduct health assessments and ongoing monitoring; report findings to supervising staff and physicians
• Perform medical treatments and interventions as prescribed
• Coordinate, attend, and follow up on medical appointments
• Manage and track medical supplies, medications, and equipment
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional care environment
• Work independently while communicating effectively with the care team

• REQUIRED:
  
  Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (additional state licensure may be required as the agency expands)
• REQUIRED:
  
  Current CPR certification
• Strong judgment, integrity, and initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
