Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time at Store 1717-Shoppes of Cloquet-maurices-Cloquet, MN 55720. This evergreen requisition is used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

This challenging and rewarding role provides the opportunity to assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers regularly, leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Hourly: $15.25 - $16.17 (pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location; minimum wage or $15.25 as applicable.)
