We are hiring a Log Truck Driver to safely haul logs from harvest sites to various customers throughout the Northern Minnesota area. This is a critical role supporting our forest management goals and operations. • Drive log truck to and from logging sites and mill locations.
• Help load and secure logs using appropriate equipment and safety standards.
• Maintain / increase efficiency through innovative thinking.
• Ensure truck / trailer / equipment is in good working condition and report / reapir issues promptly.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate deliveries.

• CDL preferred but not mandatory—willing to help the right candidate get certified.
• Experience with hauling, heavy equipment, or logging.
• Clean driving record and strong safety habits.
• Independence, reliability, cleanliness, and solid communication skills.
• Ability to innovate and problem solve in a dynamic outdoor setting.
