Compensation starts at $21.50 to $28.00 w/Incentives

To thrive as an Order Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, Inc., you'll need a mix of skill and enthusiasm! The role demands that you expertly select customer orders while meeting productivity goals, moving over 1,000 cases of product each shift, so a strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused are essential. You'll be building and wrapping pallets with care, so attention to detail and safety are critical.

Experience with electric pallet jacks and order-selecting software will smooth your path, but a readiness to learn will take you far.

Comfort in a physically demanding environment is key—think of it as your workout for the night! Successful candidates will need a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills in English, and basic math ability for counting and measurements. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders while meeting weekly productivity and accuracy standards. – Goal:
  Move 1000+ cases of products during each shift.
• Build, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate electric pallet jacks in a safe manner.
• Use order-selecting software and equipment to move products from racks to pallets with care.
• Verify products for accuracy and quality, ensuring items are damage-free.
• Transport completed orders to the correct dock area and apply shrink wrap as required.
