Pay: HK $20,159 to HK $24,503 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

++Key Responsibilities++:

Perform 24-hour shift duties at X-ray reception counter in Accident and Emergency Department (AED).

Perform clerical tasks, including Appointment Booking, Registration, Statistics, Records, Data Capture and Inventory Maintenance etc.

To answer telephone enquiries from patient and the public.

Compile statistics and conduct simple analysis according to department needs.

Communicate with clients/patients and handle enquiries.

Assist in co-ordination for supply of department consumables / linens.

Inventory control for office material.

Assist the radiographers to copy images on CD.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).

++Entry Requirements++:

University Graduates; OR

Completed

F.5/S.5 with:

i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl

B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent

AND diploma in a specialized function.

++Preferred Attributes++:

Have good PC skills & Knowledge in Power Point, Access and SPSS.

Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility.

Speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua.

Working experience in hospital or health care settings.

Experience in customer service or handling complaints.
