CHHA, CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to get CHHA license.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation with current insurance
Able to work in the USAMUST be able to travel 10-30 miles to your casesMUST be able to work 2 weekend shifts ( Sat, Sun) each month-may be split upMUST be able to work 1 evening shift each monthMUST work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month
Current CPR certification TB test results and MMR immunity
Physical exam within last 11 months
