Position: Produce Team Leader (Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership to the Produce team and manage daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects.;
Hire, develop, apply corrective actions, and separations for Team Members; conduct performance evaluations.;
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain store programs; adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety regulations.;
Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets; manage product assortment and inventory control.;
Foster collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors; mentor and train Team Members to sustain high-performance teams.
