Assistant Manager

This is an on-site, full time role as an Assistant Manager, located in Closter, NJ.

• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in managing store operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about fashion trends to assist customers with product recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior associates to foster team development and enhance store performance.
• Commitment to maintaining Mixology's visual and operational standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Support in the shipment process to understand product offerings, including new arrivals and existing inventory; contribute to omni order fulfillment processes.
• Experience in handling shipping and receiving goods.
• Accountability for inventory counts and discrepancy resolutions.
• Acting as the operations point person.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Availability for at least one weekend day per week.

• Proven retail experience, ideally in a woman’s fashion-related environment.
• Strong team player with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
