Pay: $27.00 per hour (USD)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday: 5am - 2pm (Year‑Round Steady work)

Job Highlights- Drivers are responsible for safely operating front, side, or rear‑loading trucks for the pickup of bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
- Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycling facilities, making one or more trips throughout the shift.
- We deploy both manual and automatic trucks.
- Position may require repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs and moving up to 100 lbs, and mounting/dismounting the truck multiple times per route.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Requirements- 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
- Great safety record and clean MVR.
- Experience as a driver or helper for a refinery company is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
- Ability to speak and read English to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports and records.
- Ability to read and understand a map.
- Meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
- Willing and able to work required hours under DOT regulations, which may include weekend, night, and/or holiday work.
Job Requirements
- Routes may require navigating through congested communities and confined or tight areas in city locations.
- Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential.
- Drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.
- Driver pre‑ and post‑inspections required; responsible for ensuring the truck is in compliance with IWS’s safety standards as well as OSHA and DOT regulations and local traffic laws.
