We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator with a strong administrative skillset to join our team.

The right candidate s will have excellent written and conversational customer service skills, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the position.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to work with, learn about, and often experience, the world's greatest wines, while working on a day-to-day basis with A-list clientele and the world's best wine producers.
Every day presents a new challenge, and as the Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats including inventory maintenance, crafting e-mail marketing campaigns, attending trade events, assisting in the warehouse during shipping season, adding wines and photos to the website, and more.

Duties
-High-touch customer service and wine shipping coordination on a client-by-client basis
-Inventory maintenance
-Taking orders and phone calls
-Email marketing support
-Warehouse receiving support
-Administrative support
-Being ready to support new challenges as they arise

Skills and Qualifications
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
-Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, maintaining calendars/schedules and general data entry
-Ability to lift up to 50lb box
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
-Some experience with email marketing is helpful
-Some wine knowledge preferred
-Foreign language background a plus
-Must be 21 years old to apply
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
