Front Desk​/Ranger

Job Summary

We are hiring for the Front Desk/Ranger position in Cloverdale, California. The role involves greeting customers and guests, processing check‑ins, patrolling the grounds, and ensuring the safety of visitors and property.

• Greet customers and guests upon arrival.
• Process check‑ins to the campground and cabins.
• Patrol the grounds and inspect golf carts and rentals.
• Answer questions, enforce resort rules, and respond to concerns.
• Ensure guest safety and the security of the property.
• Handle any stressful situation calmly and in compliance with local, state, and federal law.
• Perform routine patrols and validate guest access at the campground gate.
• Take reservations, manage check‑outs, and sell day passes and store items.
• Prioritize guest safety and satisfaction.
• Execute other duties as may be assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills with proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Judgment and problem‑solving skills in a diplomatic manner.
• Exceptional customer service, communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environments is a benefit.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for shift work, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duty.

Estimated Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
