We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front‑desk operations efficiently and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Skills Required- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
- Reliable with consistent and dependable attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work methods
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Job DetailsPay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
