We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front‑desk operations efficiently and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
  • Conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

Skills Required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Details

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
