Requirements / Qualifications

• Report 45 minutes prior to gate opening for each gate.
• Wear assigned uniform/vest.
• Set up Evolve System at the assigned gate. Must be set up and ready to go 10 minutes prior to opening the gate. Need Evolve System and extension cord.
• Ensure the Event Staff team is at the location 15 minutes prior to gate opening. If people are missing, contact site admin immediately.
• Make sure that two tables are at each gate location for the Event Specialist.
• Have an admin radio to communicate with officer and admin team on site.
• Monitor iPad or screen as spectators enter the stadium and direct them to the search area as needed.
• Keep traffic moving efficiently by encouraging people to walk normally.
• Address any issues or challenges with spectators as needed.
• After the game is over, close down all equipment and put away.

The Evolve System will be used at all varsity‑level football games for the 2025‑26 season. If there is a JV/VAR game, back‑to‑back, on the same night, then the Evolve System will be used for entry into the JV game and varsity game. We will have two levels of staff at the gate operating the Evolve System including one officer at each gate along with appropriate admin support.

The two levels of Event Staff that will be operating the Evolve System will be a lead and an entry specialist. We will have one lead and two event specialists at each gate. In addition, we will have one officer at each gate to support the event staff. Administration will also be required to support this team at the gates.
