Pay ScaleBase hourly rate ranges between $17.00 - $22.00
What You’ll Do- Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and standard service repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to identify issues
- Complete repair orders and document findings accurately
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards
- Support shop efficiency through teamwork and organization
- Stay current with ongoing training and certifications
- Automotive mechanic experience or recent tech school graduate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Commitment to delivering quality work and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license
- Dealership experience (a plus, not required)
- Some post‑secondary automotive training
- Desire to grow into a high‑performing, certified technician
