Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator at Service Center Clovis - North. The role involves writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication—including all vehicle status updates to customers—while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
SalaryEstimated compensation: $50,000‑$110,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Write estimates.
- Conduct process reviews.
- Check in customer vehicles.
- Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
- Finalize total loss administration.
- Provide post‑repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
- Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
- Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Understand written and verbal instructions.
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision.
