The Certified Payroll Administrator is responsible for preparing and submits complex, compliance-heavy payroll reports (like certified payroll for prevailing wage/government projects) ensuring accuracy in wages, taxes, deductions for specific contracts, and handles related union/auditor requests, going beyond standard payroll to manage strict reporting for Davis-Bacon or Service Contract Act rules, requiring deep knowledge of specific labor laws, union rules, and meticulous documentation for audits relating to the Construction Industry.
