Elite Private Landscape seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to work within a team environment and prepare accurate masonry, irrigation, landscape, site furnishings, and concrete estimates for projects throughout California. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction work experience building crew‑based proposals, excellent analytical and numerical skills, and experience with large‑scale construction.

• Understand project or program scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and read project specifications.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Research information on upcoming jobs for bidding purposes.
• Conduct hand‑offs, update award status, and manage non‑awarded jobs.
• Coordinate bid calendar, pre‑bid meetings, and bid bonds for prime bids.

• General knowledge of landscape construction operations.
• Excellent numerical skills and analytical mindset.
• Effective listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and a proactive, organized approach.
• Ability to multi‑task, detail oriented, and flexible.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Bluebeam or other take‑off software is a plus.

At least a high‑school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 2 years of experience estimating in the construction industry or a related field.
