Construction Superintendent Opportunity

We are currently representing a reputable general contractor with a robust pipeline of projects across the Central Valley. With a strong track record in ground-up construction, DSA-regulated schools, modernizations, and public/private sector renovations, they are actively seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive construction professional with commercial and educational project experience to join a growing team with long-term stability in the Clovis, CA area.

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring daily progress and jobsite coordination
• Enforce site safety protocols and participate in regular safety meetings
• Develop and manage project schedules and updates with input from field staff
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project managers
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure work is built to plan
• Attend and lead contractor and coordination meetings to drive milestones
• Monitor quality, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate field documentation
• Manage material ordering and delivery logistics to prevent delays
• Oversee punch list development, system testing, and final project turnover

• Minimum 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
• Experience with DSA school construction, modernizations, and renovations preferred
• Ability to manage both ground-up and existing facility projects
• Skilled in handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling software
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
