Soltek Pacific is one of the largest building contractors, dedicated to a collaborative building process and quality across a broad range of projects including educational facilities, historic structures, industrial complexes, retail, healthcare, and correctional facilities.
Essential DutiesThe superintendent is a self-motivated professional with experience working with public entities. The candidate will build and maintain working relationships with owners, senior management, superintendents, and subcontractors, and will supervise all construction activities on the project.
Project Responsibilities- Supervise all construction activities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the baseline schedule and maintain a 3‑week short‑term schedule.
- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate subcontractors and self‑performed labor.
- Document daily progress via daily reports.
- Issue RFIs and assist in resolving design issues and conduct constructability reviews with the Designer of Record.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Quality Control Manager on all other project aspects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ progressive years of construction experience, including prior superintendent experience.
- Knowledge of Procore and Primavera P6, highly preferred.
- Proven experience successfully managing a job site and subcontractors.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
$100,000 – $150,000 per year.
