Base Pay $16.9 - $17.4 / Year
Employee Type PT Non-Exempt
- Conduct professional and informative park tours, greet guests for special events, and assist in the transportation of groups’ belongings.
- Communicate via phone and email; assist Sales Associate with questions or tasks; lead by example.
- Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor when responding to guest concerns or difficult situations.
- Drive a golf cart safely, follow directions, and assist guests in loading belongings onto the golf cart.
- Remain physically able to reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and walk on uneven surfaces; work in high temperatures while following safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Outgoing personality and a drive to provide great customer service and support sales efforts.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds to assist guests in transporting belongings.
- Bilingual is a plus.
