Customer Service Rep Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 Hourly

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, we do not cold call.

Schedule service appointments using dealership software

Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs

Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination

Perform light administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying documents

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information

Provide first-class customer support

What You'll Bring Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, we do not cold call.

Experience using dealership CRM systems.

Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels.

Basic computer experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users.

Total Rewards The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00, depending on experience.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
