Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! Our modern dental practice is dedicated to providing the highest quality care in a positive, patient-centered environment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Take and process dental x-rays
- Perform teeth whitening procedures
- Carry out coronal polishing, temporary crowns, and other permitted duties
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
- Prepare trays, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with Dentrix software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment
- $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
