Clovis Community Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Nocturnist to deliver patient-centered care in Clovis, California. This role involves collaborating with a skilled team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, contributing to clinical excellence, and enjoying opportunities for professional growth. The position focuses on overnight shifts, requiring exceptional patient care during nighttime hours within a supportive hospitalist team.
Practice Info
- Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
- Work alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.
- Utilize Epic EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment, focusing on cross-covering and admissions.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments.
- Serve on committees and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Compensation
- Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked.
- Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.

Shift & Schedule
- Nocturnist hours are 7 pm - 7 am.
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- This is a full or part-time nocturnist position.
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- H-1B visa sponsorship available.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- New grads are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
