Responsibilities
Perform basic repairs, replacements and maintenance of key aircraft components. Support required checks of mechanical and functional components, test and replace defective parts, conduct basic diagnoses, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Demonstrate knowledge in airframe maintenance, power plant mechanics or A&P components.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years working on PW PT6-67B/P or PC-12 turboprop engines.
- Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification with no prior violations.
- Written, oral and practical assessments passed.
- Reliable transportation to work locations.
- Ability to speak, read, write in English.
- Basic understanding of technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals.
- Valid passport; ability to obtain visa for international travel.
- Pre‑deployment medical assessment passed.
- Willingness to deploy OCONUS on approximately 90‑day rotations.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance; otherwise, applicant will be processed for clearance prior to employment.
- FAA repair station and/or Quality Assurance experience.
- Ability to travel regularly and work different shifts including overtime and weekends.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
- Background in Aerospace and Defense Industry, DoD or U.S. military.
