Aircraft Inspector IV; Deployable

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections.
• Develop and implement inspection protocols.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of findings.
• Address and resolve significant compliance issues.
• Lead training and mentorship programs for junior inspectors.
• Conduct periodic audits of maintenance processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in aircraft inspection.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Active, current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, equipment and parts.
• Thorough understanding of product audit and inspection processes and procedures.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine airworthiness.
• U.S. citizenship required for employment.
• Ability to deploy for an extended amount of time to various OCONUS operating locations.
• Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command requirements for deployed locations.
• Successfully pass a pre‑deployment medical assessment.
• Ability to obtain a current/valid passport and visa for international travel.
• U.S. Government Security Clearance (current/active Secret level) required. Applicants without clearance will be processed for one.
• Willingness to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required.
• Deployment may be required for up to 90 days OCONUS, depending on mission needs.
