Job Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with customers via multiple channels including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually.
- Conduct client outreach and follow‑up to understand their financial needs and banking channel preferences.
- Gather and process customer and account information while maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on individual goals.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience.
- Proactively educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and services.
- Lend available resources and technologies to enhance the client experience.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job‑related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
- Basic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
Position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination of employment.

Location ExpectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled workdays.
