As a Registered Nurse,you'llsupport a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient's stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year + of NICU RN experience

• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required

• RN
  - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS
  - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
