- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable dashboards and reporting solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy
- Create meaningful visualizations that support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting opportunities and process improvements
- Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed
- Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and query writing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business needs
