Responsibilities:- Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations to achieve performance objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop, implement, and sustain strategies that drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead financial stewardship of the facility, including budget management, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Promote a culture centered on continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and other departments to optimize operational outcomes.
- Champion operational excellence initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. - Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. - Certifications:
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred. - Prior experience in valve manufacturing or a closely related industrial manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Salary: $130K-$145K annually DOE
