Location: Clovis, CA

Pay Range: $20-$30 Based on experience

Shift: First Shift (7:30am–4:00pm)

We are seeking experienced, highly skilled Welders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing high‑quality welding and fabrication work, ensuring all products meet strict specifications and exceed customer expectations. • Perform high‑quality welding and fabrication using MIG and TIG techniques on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  .
• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete projects accurately.
• Lay out, mark, and position components using jigs, fixtures, hand tools, and measuring tools
  .
• Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards
  .
• Follow all company safety protocols
  , maintain documentation, and use required PPE at all times.
• Operate a variety of shop equipment and tools in alignment with safety training.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned; duties may change with or without notice.

• Ability to successfully pass a skills‑based welding assessment
  .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in steel or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Strong MIG welding experience required;
  TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes
  .
• Ability to meet all physical requirements
  , including vision, hearing, and mobility standards.
• Enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program will be required upon onboarding.
