Position Summary The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily operations through hands‑on material handling, with a primary focus on loading and unloading.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physically active work, reliable schedules, and being part of a team that values consistency and accountability. What You’ll Do Load and unload materials, products, and shipments safely and efficiently Consistently lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs Stage materials for production, shipping, or storage Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment Follow all safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and shipping teams Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed to support operations What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience is a plus Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required Why Join MITER Brands?
