General Production Worker – 2nd Shift

Join a fast-paced fruit production facility supporting the packing and processing of peaches and strawberries. This role involves hands-on production work, including packing, stacking, inspecting products, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks and working flexible 2nd shift schedules.

• Pack and stack peach and strawberry products according to production standards.
• Inspect fruit and packaging for defects, damage, or contamination.
• Remove non-conforming products from the production line.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull products and materials as required.
• Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production goals by working effectively within a team environment.
• Adapt to different production lines, tasks, and workstations as needed.
• Communicate effectively in English to understand instructions and report issues.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to push or pull up to 400 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Basic English comprehension (written and verbal).
• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, production, or food processing preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical work for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments.

• Previous packing, stacking, or warehouse experience.
• Food production or food handling experience.
• Basic quality inspection experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $16.90/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
