Job Position:
Entry Level Production Worker (Seasonal)

Pay: $16.90

Shift Times:

• Night Shift: 2:30- 3pm start time, 8- 10 hour shift
• 7pm- 4:30am during high season

Join our team in a dynamic role where you will be involved in packing and stacking fruit at our Cedar and Alluvial facility. This position requires flexibility in working at both locations and proficiency in English comprehension.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in packing and stacking fruit efficiently.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of packaged products.
• Operate in a production environment following safety protocols.
• Lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Push and pull loads up to 400 pounds as required.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts and weekends.
• Engage in physical and repetitive tasks in varying temperature conditions.

Essential

Skills:

• Proficiency in English comprehension (basic)
• Experience in general production, packaging, and inspection.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience in general labor roles.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold).
• Flexible scheduling availability, including graveyard shifts for sanitation.

Work Environment:

Work in a peach and strawberry food production setting. Adhere to safety attire requirements including smocks, hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), bump caps, and non-slip shoes.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $16.90/hr.
