Community Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Post Partum for a nursing job in Clovis, California.
Schedule:
Ongoing, 40 hours per week, 8-hour evening shifts (Staff employment).
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports unit operations and nursing staff, ensuring evidence-based patient care and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure highest standards of evidence-based patient care.
- Foster a positive working environment for nursing staff.
- Manage unit operations and support development of nursing staff.
- Provide essential administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers and unit staff.
- Contribute to delivering high‑quality nursing services and ensuring safe patient outcomes.
- Strong clinical experience in nursing; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association) certification.
- National certification related to specialty preferred.
- For Women and Children’s units only:
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
