We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a CVICU role in a 24-bed unit, providing specialized care for cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients with a maximum RN-patient ratio of 1:2.
- Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care; collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and pharmacists; integrate team efforts into individualized care plans. - Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Valid California RN license; BLS certification; ACLS certification within three months of employment; experience demonstrating novice or advanced beginner proficiency. - Skills & Benefits:
