Charge Nurse; RN; PACU

Overview

Seeking a PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical staff and manage patient care in a fast-paced surgical and procedural environment.

• Coordinate patient flow, staff assignments, and ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Oversee daily operations, resource management, and support clinical teams.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' RN experience in the relevant area or demonstrated competency.
• 6 months in a Relief Charge RN or leadership role.
• Valid California RN license and BLS certification required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
