As a Registered Nurse,you’llsupport a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized careplans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate andcommunicatewith physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a cultureof collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
QualificationsEducation
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
1year+ofNICU RN experience
Experience Consistentdemonstrationof Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required
Licenses and Certifications
RN
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
BLS
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (A) required
