In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized careplans to supportoptimalrecovery. Youmaintainaccurate,timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a cultureof collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

Education

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

1year+ofNICU RN experience

Experience Consistentdemonstrationof Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required

Licenses and Certifications

RN
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required

BLS
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association  (A) required
