Compensation: $80k–$120k/yr. DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k with up to 3% match
Requirements- Food/juice manufacturing QA/QC experience
- People-management experience
- Experience with quality systems, testing, specifications, COAs, and compliance documentation
- HACCP Certified
- PCQI trained
- FSVP certified/trained
- Auditing/inspection experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
- Juice/beverage, dairy, processed/frozen food, or food ingredient manufacturing experience
- SQF, BRC/BRCGS, or other GFSI-regulated environment experience
- Trace Gains experience
- Experience working with co-packers, vendors, and third-party laboratories

Our client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead plant-level quality assurance, quality control, and food safety operations. This role will oversee a dedicated quality team while ensuring products, ingredients, and manufacturing processes meet quality, food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QA/QC and food safety programs, processes, and standards
- Manage, coach, and develop the quality team
- Oversee product testing, inspections, specifications, COAs, and quality documentation
- Evaluate food ingredients and manufacturing processes for quality and microbiological risks
- Manage customer complaints, quality issues, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production, new product runs, and cross-functional quality needs
- Conduct audits and partner with vendors, co-packers, and third-party laboratories
- Ensure compliance with FDA, food safety, and customer requirements
- Food/juice manufacturing QA/QC experience
- People-management experience
- Experience with quality systems, testing, specifications, COAs, and compliance documentation
