Service Advisors –

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. Rotating schedule with 3‑day weekends.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
• Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish

Pay Range:
The California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location, and a variety of other benefits.
