Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate that is energetic, kind, and sales driven. We are a membership-based spa that offers massages and facials at an affordable rate.

We compensate $17/hour and $10 in commission for every membership sold. Commission can make up between $100-$200 extra per pay check.

We are seeking individuals that have open availability and have a drive to work. We have between 30 and 40 hours available for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

* Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and suggest applicable and relevant upgrades.

* Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

* Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas

* Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy

* Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

* Positive, energetic attitude

* Retail/Sales Experience Preferred

* Computer knowledge

* Perform various other duties as assigned
