Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate that is energetic, kind, and sales driven. We are a membership-based spa that offers massages and facials at an affordable rate. We compensate $17/hour and $10 in commission for every membership sold. Commission can make up between $100-$200 extra per pay check. We are seeking individuals that have open availability and have a drive to work.

We have between 30 and 40 hours available for this position.

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and suggest applicable and relevant upgrades.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Retail/Sales Experience Preferred
• Computer knowledge
• Perform various other duties as assigned
