Dealership: L0259 Lithia Nissan of Clovis Lithia Nissan of Clovis Experienced BDC Administrator Pay: $17.00 Hourly

Full-time Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling based on dealership needs Department

Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments for our dealership.
• Follow up with leads using phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Confirm appointments and support showroom traffic.
• Work with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Deliver a professional customer experience with every interaction.

• Prior experience in an automotive Business Development Center (BDC) role.
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency using dealership CRM systems.
• Organize workload and maintain productivity.
• Demonstrate accuracy, organization, and confidence using computer‑based tools.

• Hourly Pay $17.00 with bonus opportunities based on Individual Appointments Shown/Sold.
