Production Print Service Technician

Salary Range: $30.00–$45.00

Fresno, CA
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience servicing production/high‑volume print equipment
- Experience with Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and/or Canon production lines
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical installation work
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
- Maximize equipment uptime through timely, efficient troubleshooting and repair
- Diagnose and service high‑volume/production print devices in your assigned territory
- Perform installation and setup of production equipment at customer sites
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication
- Accurately complete service documentation including call reports, parts usage, and meter readings
- Provide basic customer training to support performance and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with service, sales, and leadership teams
- Participate in an on‑call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of basic networking and print environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred - Must be at least 21 years old
