Salary Range: $30.00–$45.00

Location:

Fresno, CA

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience servicing production/high‑volume print equipment
• Experience with Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and/or Canon production lines
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical installation work
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely, efficient troubleshooting and repair
• Diagnose and service high‑volume/production print devices in your assigned territory
• Perform installation and setup of production equipment at customer sites
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication
• Accurately complete service documentation including call reports, parts usage, and meter readings
• Provide basic customer training to support performance and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with service, sales, and leadership teams
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of basic networking and print environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
