JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
- Deliver orders, carry product, and navigate to private homes and other delivery sites.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Participate in orientation and training.
- Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- Temperature changes in work areas ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, such as walk‑in coolers.
- Hot surfaces or tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Varying and sometimes adverse driving conditions.
