Schedule: Regular Availability - Monday–Saturday, 8:45 AM and 5:30 PM

Job SummaryThe Motor Vehicle Title Specialist supports our Commercial Division by accurately processing vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure title documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong accuracy, problem solving skills, and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role. Experience with title work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with transferable administrative or processing experience.
- Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Assist commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements
- Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information
- Accurately complete required forms and documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Support commercial office operations as needed
- Work effectively in a structured team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record review - Regular schedule Monday–Saturday between 8:45 AM and 5:30 PM, overtime opportunities based on business needs.
- Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier
