The Administrative Coordinator serves as a key administrative liaison between the project site and No
Bull Energy's HR, Payroll, and IRA Compliance teams, supporting the collection and coordination of documentation required for Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) apprenticeship compliance.

- Support employee onboarding by ensuring required hiring documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Assist with the collection and organization of workforce documentation supporting Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) apprenticeship requirements.
- Coordinate apprentice onboarding paperwork and workforce documentation with No
Bull Energy's HR and IRA Compliance teams. - Assist in tracking apprentice assignments and required documentation throughout the project.
- Identify missing or incomplete workforce documentation and coordinate with the appropriate corporate teams to resolve outstanding items.
- Serve as the primary project point of contact for IRA‑related administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and project workforce documentation.
- Assist with payroll data collection, timekeeping, and administrative employee inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems within ADP.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support project leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Assist with project logistics and administrative support for field leadership.
- Coordinate project‑related errands, deliveries, and vendor communications.

Bull Energy's corporate departments. - Collaborate with fellow project administrators to ensure efficient day‑to‑day project operations.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and responsive project office environment.
- Previous administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in construction, renewable energy, industrial, or other field-based environments.
- Experience supporting workforce documentation or employee onboarding is preferred.
- Familiarity with IRA apprenticeship requirements, Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage, or government-funded construction projects is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative project team.
