HVAC Scheduler​/Dispatcher

Position Overview

This position is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Under the supervision of the Area Resource Manager, the HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator manages service calls, schedules technicians and mechanics, and ensures compliance with maintenance and forecasting goals.

• Receive and schedule customer calls for unscheduled or scheduled HVAC service.
• Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and alignment with monthly forecasting goals.
• Debrief daily activities of technicians/mechanics and coordinate with them to resolve concerns quickly.
• Assess job completion and collaborate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs through the business process.
• Communicate action plans and services directly to customers and ensure work meets customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers as needed and respond to inquiries, resolving or escalating issues appropriately.
• Ensure technicians receive daily schedules and maintain consistent communication with them.
• Maintain all customer account information required for call management and scheduling in NxGen.
• Manage scheduled service visits, parts ordering/PO creation support, startup support, and customer PO confirmation.
• Manage WIP, reconcile exceptions (SIR and AP), attend daily team huddles, weekly planning/scheduling meetings, and monitor time/expense reporting.
• Review and correct unassociated technician timesheets and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree.
• Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to perform work independently with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.
• Basic knowledge of project accounting or costing principles is preferred.

Hourly rate: $22‑29, based on education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
