Başvuru için SPK Gayrimenkul Değerleme Lisansı ve mühendislik ya da mimarlık bölümü mezuniyeti gerekiyor; lisans belgesi olan adaylarda bölüm şartı aranmayabilir. Ayrıca ehliyet ve aktif araç kullanımı istenir.
